I had to book my shipment 3 times and paid 3 times in order to find a guy that would finally deliver. I had a awesome guy in the end, but I had to pay 3 times and then wait for my refund EACH TIME, and there seems to be no penalty for canceling a shipment. I believe this site to be a good site for shipping but very disappointed in my refund times as I ended up having to pay for a shipment on my credit card that never ever got shipped! I know u-ship has given some credit on my next shipment, But I am not sure when I may use again, why don't the credit me on my credit card, as this would make so much sense to get a refund on the shipment and NOT the next shipment, This is a disappointment!
