Kevin Brown did an excellent job shipping our straw blower from North Carolina to Maryland. He did everything that he said he would do, including keeping in touch during shipping. I have found it to be tough to find people and companies with good customer service skills and work ethics these days. Kevin is an exception to the rule. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who has the opportunity to have him ship their merchandise.
