I was very impressed with the uShip website and how easy it was to use...I was a little worried to try and find a provider to ship the piano for a reasonable price, but was so pleased with the bids I received. My choice in service provider was based on the bid they gave me but they also provided proposed shipping dates, which worked perfectly with my schedule.
I also liked that I could receive questions from the service providers through the site and it was easy to respond back to them as well.
I would definitely use the uShip site again if I have a need to ship other large items.
I feel like I definitely got a good deal on the shipping costs and would not have found this provider had I not used the website.
