I needed to get a puppy from Chicago, IL to South Carolina. Mr Williams treated us and the animal with respect and love. He is a wonderful person that communicates during the trip several times. He rests the animal and takes all the stress away from the trip on the animal. I highly recommend this carrier and could not be happier!
