I entered my shipping request, and within 1 day I had 2 bids. I emailed a couple of questions to each bidder, and selected the one that met my needs for the lowest price. After I paid my deposit on Uship, I was able to see the shipper's direct contact information. The rest of the transaction went flawlessly. The shipper was easy to deal with, handled my goods with care, and did everything he promised for the agreed upon price. I would have paid 2-3 times the price to use a regular shipper like fed-ex or a furniture mover, but this shipper was heading to my area anyway, and had room on the truck so he was able to charge me a low price. Overall, a great experience.
