I needed an antique family bed frame delivered from our daughter's home in one state to our neice's home in another state. I was not in either location so I needed to communicate with both family members and the shipper to make all the arrangements. This was accomplished when I was visiting another family member. We sure are dependant on cell phone communitation. It worked well and the bed was picked up in a timely manner, wrapped and packed in the truck. Then the delivery was a day early because of a shippers cancellation pickup enroute. Luckily I had made arrangements with the delivery location that one of the workmen or a neighbor would be at the house, just in case. I have recommended this UShip service to a friend who is dealing with household good to be delivered after her mother passed away. She was very interested in this company.
