Extra help on delivery, since it was going to my grandmothers house. I was nervous at first, but when I met the owner Gabriel, I knew it would work out. They really helped out by getting the bike to the area my grandmother wanted it, which really helped her stress levels stay down. Guys made her feel comfortable.
