Jeff is a miracle. He not only lowered my bid by almost half, but he delivered a bulky, heavy and somewhat fragile loom to me in perfect condition and at the time that he originally said he would. What a joy it was - I was dreading finding someone reliable and all the commercial estimates for shipping the loom called for boxing it and dollies and ran around $1000. My bid was for half that and I would have felt relieved. This was the best possible outcome to an entirely satisfactory e-by acquisition.
