Purchased a 2007 5th wheel thru RVUSA.com. I live in Florida and the 5er. was in Arizona. I saw a Uship ad and thought I would sign up and hopefully receive some bids from DOT & MC licensed haulers. It was important to me that hauler also carried liability and damage insurance. So my trailer would be covered while in transit.
Received several bids and chose the company with the proper licensing, insurance and competitive bid. Everything went well, communication was great and the unit arrived early. No problem . . . good service.
The uShip site itself needs to work on simplificiation. Some areas are not too user friendly and they definately need a telephone contact for questions. When you wish to have a question answered going thu email and waiting for a reply sucks. Other than that, I would use their services again.
