"Great value in shipping my kart"

I bought a racing kart on Ebay and had a friend holding it in Fl. until I could get it shipped to Oh. I had a friend that works for a big shipping company and he told me he could get it shipped for me cheap. as it turned out it was going to be $395 dock to dock and it would have to be on a pallet so I started looking for alternative shipping methods and came accrossed Uship so I registered and put it on. The very first day I had 8 bids rangeing from $425 to $250 with various pickup and delivery times and I chose the one that best siuted my needs and accepted it cost me $285 ($110 difference) and had it picked up at his house and delivered to my door with no need for a pallet within @ days after communicating with the shipper. The next time I need a larger item shipped I won't bother looking around at other companies I will just post it on Uship.
