The Fed-Exp envelope with the cashier arrived at the dealer, and Brenda was there waiting, for the bike to be released. This was particulary immpressive, when I live in SW FL and the bike was in PA and it was Saturday morning. She was allways in touch, confirmed pick up, and arranged delivery times. Saved me time, agravation, and approximately $300.00 in shipping cost.
