I needed my shipment to stay below a certain cost to maintain my margins on resale. I also needed my product picked up at a very specific time and to arrive at a certain time to accomodate warehouse schedules. Shipments were on time on both ends. Also, I was shipping glass bottles of juice, so I needed my product to be handled with kid gloves. I'm happy to report not one bottle was broken. Communication with the freight company was great. I have never worked with freight companies before, so I didn't know what to expect. I was always in the loop either by cell phone or by email. This all occurred within a matter of a few days. I am pleased with Uship and with Unishippers.
